Studio Policies


Payment made in advance

  • Payments can be made E-transfer or cash prior to lesson times. Contact us should you wish to pay through credit (+3% Service Charge) or to enrol for a monthly / group program.

24 Hour Lesson Cancellation

  • Automated confirmation emails and invitations are for your convenience. Please contact us directly through email if you wish to cancel or reschedule a lesson. 

  • With exception of family or medical (doctor-advised) emergency, failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in full charge. 

  • Virtual lessons will always be available for clients who are unable to make it into the studio.

  • Exceptions may be made for upper respiratory illness during flu season, for IN-PERSON CLIENTS ONLY, though a 25% admin fee will apply. Last minute reschedules will deduct 25% to make up for admin time. 

30 Days Notice for Discontinuation

  • Sorry to see you go, but if you are a regular weekly or biweekly client, this will allow us to release your time to another client.

  • You may suspend your membership for up to 30 days, after which point, you will need to rejoin at the current rate (if changed)

  • Refunds will not be given for packages purchased. Please read subscription terms prior to purchase.
