Payment made in advance

• OTS operates on a monthly subscription, though we have space for drop-ins at a higher rate. Payments can be made by E-transfer or cash prior to lesson times. Contact us should you wish to pay through credit (+3% Service Charge) or to enrol for a monthly / group program.

• First-time meetings are only available online. Please book a free consultation so we can break the ice before meeting in real life.

24 Hour Lesson Cancellation (or 100% charge)

• Automated confirmation emails and invitations are for your convenience. Please contact us directly through email if you wish to cancel or reschedule a lesson. ​

• Virtual lessons are available if you are unable to make it into the studio.​

30 Days Notice for Discontinuation

• You may suspend your membership for up to 30 days, after which point, you will need to rejoin at the current rate (if changed)

• Refunds will not be given for packages purchased. Please read subscription terms prior to purchase.
